Fitness. Redefined.
Okay, this is almost funny to me.
The industry as recently redefined what fitness actually is.
Dismiss any images of olympic athlete physique that may be flashing in your mind write now and read closely. Fitness, says the industry, is essentially the ability to last longer than is absolutely necessary to get through a typical day. It’s when there’s enough energy to still be able to have fun or exercise.
Yes, I’m paraphrasing. So, are you "fit" according to the new industry standard? Is that fitness level enough for you?
I dare say, no matter what your answer may be, the idea of having more fitness and capacity to enjoy life after doing what has to be done is rather appealing, isn’t it? Who wouldn’t want that?
